Complexity, brewed. Reminiscent of a red liqueur, this beer was born back in WWI from the union and hope of Scottish soldiers.
Offering a finely wooded nose hinting at hazelnut which is distinct from traditional Scotch ales. Sweet aromas of toffee, candi sugar, caramel and maple syrup with impressions of honey that permeate the taste.
